I’ve grown from home cooking to high-level kitchens
I started working in a real commercial kitchen right after graduating college, but my first teacher was my mom—I was cooking by her side since I was 10, and that foundation still guides how I cook for people today.

My kitchen secret is a touch of salt—simple, yet essential. I use it thoughtfully to bring depth and meaning to every cuisine and to make each ingredient taste like itself.

































Chef Yve was fantastic! She was quickly responsive and helpful during the planning process, accommodating my friends dietary needs and was willing to go the extra mile to work with me to create a menu I was excited about. On the day she brought an assistant free of charge and quickly prepared a wonderful sushi dinner. She operated in a hotel suite with limited kitchen appliances or setup and even prepared the hot food beforehand and transported it to the hotel suite with no issues and provided plateware and servingware. She made everything seamless. Now for the food, it was AMAZING her sushi was fresh and delicious and my friends were raving about it. She even packed the leftovers for us the next day to eat in the hotel. 10/10 experience and I will be recommending Chef Yve to my friends in the future.
